Another Story Of My Life

Random post (After 3 years)

This is seriously random. It's been about 3 years since I last wrote (fine, type) anything. I was reading through my old posts, and GOD it was so cringy! All the grammatical mistakes, the messy writing and jumbled up ideas. I am so sorry to whoever stumbled upon this blog of mine and felt cringy as hell when reading. That was the old me, who was so bad in English but insisted on writing in English just because she studied English in college. Hah! Not to say the now me is better in English, no, absolutely no. One might say, my English is getting worse. Posted to rural school really do affect your ability to speak in good English. It's because, you have no one to talk to in English. Yup, that's why I couldn't improve on my English.

Welp, I guess this is just it. Just felt like I needed to write something, and where else can I write but this beautiful blog of mine. Okay, that's too much.

Of being adults and Christmas. Merry Ho Ho Ho.

I should probably end 2016 with a post. So here goes.

I am now a teacher, who own a car.  I am happy with my career because I got lots of holiday and I have salary every month. I am no longer that weeping sad poor lady who sits at home doing nothing. Now I can finally buy anything I want, give my mom money, buy anything my siblings want and contribute something at home. Yea, I know I sound pathetic and sad. But not anymore. HAHA.

So, this year’s Christmas was a fun one. Only because I got to hang out with my friends, and partying and drinking and and... As our usual routine every year, we went to Christmas Eve mass and this year, unfortunately, we were all separated. My parents got a seat in the church (because they went a little bit early) and my little sister and I was seated outside, for the first time! It was all good even though it felt a bit chilly outside. The weather was also good on the 24th. It was not raining and on 25th it rained on the afternoon. See, God is good all the time. At night, we went to Nano’s house to party. HAHA. It was a good celebration. The last time we were at Nano's house for celebration was Christmas 2013 if I’m not mistaken. This year, we all have jobs already so it kinda like reunion between the adults. Hmm…adults sangat. On 26th, I was called to Nano’s house again to “party”. This is my first time drinking baileys and tequila. And it’s a little bit sad because there were only Tata and me representing the 5sc1’09 ladies because the others all went back already. Yes, I mean you Ichel and Cter. WAHAHA. We party hard that night. Singing and dancing like we’re in the club. Cheers!

And that’s it for my Christmas celebration this year. Everyone will be going back to their respective area soon. Its only three days before New Year and four days till I go back to Nabawan and be a good teacher to my students. Sigh. But whatever it is, I thank God for everything that happened this year. My job, my life, my relationship. Above all, God is good and will never let you suffer. Amen.

Merry Christmas 2016! See you next Christmas post next year.

Blessed Christmas

The busiest week

You know you are F busy when you don’t even have enough sleep or whether you have eaten or not. 'cause when the busy-ness consume you, you will not feel hungry. true story.  I was so busy last week, I think I lost 2 kg. Which is good actually. I really need to lost weight, I’m getting fat. Mind you, not fat fat all over the body but nasty belly fat. The kind of fat that I hate.

I was involved in Sports day event as time keeper. In which I got sunburned because me no wearing some sunblock. Stupid me. The sports day was held in neighbouring school for two days and I was standing directly under the sun for two days. And in the afternoon, I had dancing practice for this PSKPP event until night. I was so busy from morning until night like a celebrity would. *tepis bahu* I even have exam paper to make, where got time man.

That dancing thingy was a one-time event I will never join again. Not that I hate it, but I am really not good in dancing that I hate myself more when I monitor myself dancing in a video. To think that we only have 4 days to memorize all the steps and being a first timer dancer, I feel so drained and emotionally exhausted. But luckily we won (and even though I made many mistakes, I dance pretty well, clap clap) and were to represent PEDALAMAN to state level BUT Dayana and me had to withdraw because of our personal problem. Although I feel a tad sad but thank God I can sleep in the afternoon again! Dancing is really not my thing. Maybe if we have like months to practice, then I will surely maybe think about joining again. One of the good thing that came out from joining this event was I met many new friends. Finally, I have new friends from other school. Ok, that sounds pathetic.

I am a Teacher

After six month of waiting and being a full time couch potato, I finally got hired! It was the best day of my life, the feeling when you got the surat tawaran, and then the penempatan, then the school you got posted to. It’s like the six month I got tired of waiting just gone, pooff, just like that.

So chronologically, I got the news about my pending interview result on 13th May (after being kept as simpanan for 5 months long that is), and then I got the penempatan news on 6th June and then the taklimat news on 10th June and then I went for taklimat at JPN Sabah on 13th June. So that’s one month of waiting. During the taklimat, we (210 TESL and 38 PAI) were given our surat penempatan sekolah by Puan Hajah Maimunah Binti Haji Suhaibul who is the Pengarah Pendidikan Sabah one by one. Yep one by one and that’s a name I need to remember.

We were also given taklimat about things that we need to know as a teacher, and honestly I don’t remember what was being said. All we want to know is which school we will be posted to and other things don’t matter. All my other close friends got Beluran and I got Nabawan! Which is one and a half hour from my hometown so that’s a plus. My parents always talk about me being posted to Nabawan so I guess their wish came true. I can come home during the weekend if want to. No more flight and two hours of journey to be back.

To all my fellow IPG mates who have not been posted yet, don’t worry, your time will come. We’ve waited this long, why not wait a little bit longer. To my IPG juniors, I don’t know what your future will be like. Most probably, the same fate as us. Don’t worry, you’ll get through it. If you got posted late, buatlah facebook group like us and in there, saling console and support each other like we did. United we stand! It’s all about unity guys.

Lastly, shout out to my friends who got posted to beluran, especially you santi HAHA, baik baik saja. Rajin2 isi egtukar. Yang naik boat, berhati-hati. And to all teachers who got pedalaman deep in the jungle, naik boat, hey at least you guys got more allowance.

And to my first school, I hope I will be okay there. Sk Kebu Baru Nabawan, here I come!

Thanks!

I think I’ve been neglecting my blog for a while. Given my current situation, I could have written tons of posts in my blog but nay I was lazy.  Even though I am constantly worried about my currently jobless situation, I did nothing of sorts to actually solve it. But few days ago, I finally relented and yes, I think it’s time for me to find a job! But job hunting is not easy. Not to mention, I have this contract with the Gov so I can’t work full time job. Sigh. Life is not easy at all.

Two days ago, I celebrated my 24th birthday. Yes I am 24 and jobless. I am not into celebrating my birthday because birthday is just another day. Hell I don’t even remember my own birthday this year because ever since I become the jobless lady who stays at home most of the time, I hardly checked the date. Fortunately one of my friend gave me a birthday wish a day before my birthday and I was actually shocked at the realization. My family didn’t even remember my birthday (sad really) so I felt a bit relief because if they knew, they will start wishing me happy birthday and it will be all mushy and awkward. *Goosebumps* I just couldn’t handle cheesy and awkward situation. But shout out to all my friends who had wished me a happy birthday in Facebook and Whatsapp, thanks for all the wishes, love u guys! You guys just reminded me on how useless I am in my 24th years of living. Ok kidding. (And thanks boyfie for the present. hoho)

So my focus for now is to find a part time job so that I can pay my internet bill every month. I need internet to download movies and dramas and it’s the only way that can make me happy these days. And ever since Descendants of the Sun finished its airing, I've been indulging myself into Japanese dramas, anime and manga (while searching for a job of course).

On a side note, I am honestly disappointed with KPM. Why won’t you give me job you dirty rotten no good looking KPM.
Ok that’s just looking for trouble. I’m kidding KPM. I AM JUST KIDDING.

Cause it's January

This is my obligatory January post.

First of all, Happy New Year 2016! I don’t have any New Year resolution this year. I just want to get a job and earn money. I finished my study and now been waiting for posting for almost a month now. I heard rumours that the second batch will be posted after Chinese New Year and if not, on March. So many rumours means the news are not reliable at all. I guess we just have to wait.

This year I got my first Br1m after being rejected for two years. I applied twice when I was still a student but got rejected because I got book voucher. And I broke my phone so my br1m money was used to pay for my phone’s repair cost. I am back to using the old Nokia phone where you can just type message without looking at the keypad. I was a fast typer long time ago.

So here I am, praying and praying that I will be posted soon, and that I want to get posted in my state and also I want to be able to teach English. I felt pity to some of my friends who, after studying English for more than 5 years, suddenly was asked to teach other subject than English. I mean, I am okay if I was given other subject to teach but I still want to teach my major. Kalau tidak, saying bai tu masa belajar English 5 tahun.

Merry Christmas!

Its third day of Christmas so merry Christmas everybody!

There’s nothing much this year’s Christmas. I went to church and that’s it. And as usual, we sat at our usual seat. Seeing our comrade (people who sat next to us last year) sat at the comfortable seats downstairs make me jealous. Damn if only we were a bit earlier. This year’s Christmas, it was full moon! It’s been a long time. The weather is especially nice this year. It was sunny, windy, everything that I want. Even today, the moon looks especially beautiful, it makes me feel melancholic.

Actually we have family days for my dad’s side on 26th but I didn’t go. I had stomach ache. Or maybe I don’t have. Well. There were only three of us at home. I thought it would be quiet but the neighbouring house has been karaoke-ing for few days nonstop now. Geez. And their songs are always the same. Now, it’s a little quiet. I guess they need to rest their voice after all.

There’s only four days until new year 2016 and it makes me happy that I don’t need to go back to my IPG anymore but at the same time I am sad because I will be jobless. I don’t even know when the interview’ result will come out. I miss Ipoh.

But whatever it is, Merry Christmas! Que sera sera. Whatever will be, will be!

blessed Christmas guys

Sweet Revenge

I grew up for a while in Labuan when I was little. My father was a navy so we moved a lot. I went to kindergarten there for a year and at that time there were only 4 of us siblings and I was especially close with my older brother. We were basically bestie and go everywhere together. Well mostly because I forced him to bring me or else I will cry nonstop. In our neighbourhood, there were this pair of siblings like us who came from Sarawak. I remember the brother’s name but not the sister’s and his name is Fabian. I recalled that we don’t get along well but since we were all among the same age and live together in the same neighbourhood, we played together sometimes. My brother and I had another best friends who was our neighbour and they were called Along (sister) and Angah (brother). We get along very well and the mother always gave me food. But that’s not important.

Like I mentioned, that pair of siblings from Sarawak (from what my memory serves me) was a bit arrogant and proud. Maybe it had to do with something about seniority of who had lived longer in the neighbourhood. I don’t know. Maybe or maybe not. They have many friends. Every evening we would play together at the playground nearby, but on this fateful day, I don’t know what happened, Fabian and us got in a fight for I don’t know what reason. The sister also joined the fight, and I, being the good little sister that I am, saw a glass bottle nearby and quickly reached for it and threw it to the sister’s head. After that, my brother and I ran as fast as we could for we feared for our lives. I thought I heard the little sister crying. *chuckle* eat that Itch-Bay!

And since that incident, we never go the playground again and we were practically a loner for a while until we found our new circle of friend again. Kids being kids huh.

Almost christmas

Of relationship and friendship

It is never easy being in a relationship. In faithful relationship at that. I’ve been cheated on, once, and since that incident, I’ve been building my relationship carefully to avoid myself being hurt again. The first time was enough. Although I was a kid at that time (the tender age of 16), the feeling of being cheated on hurts like a bitch. I don’t ever want to feel that feeling again. Also, you know when you broke up with someone, you also broke up with his friends? That also happened to me which sucks because I actually like being friend with his friends.

I was so grateful that my best friends were there with me when I got through the “mourning period”. They actually understand me even when I don’t say anything. I hate it when people pitied me but my best friends knew exactly what to do. Like for this one instance, we were walking down this corridor when my best friend suddenly spotted my ex-boyfriend walking at the other side of the corridor, he pulled me in and put his hand on my shoulder and pretend that we’re couple. I was shocked but I was so grateful I think I cried a little. (And yeah, my ex and I were schoolmate and my best friend was a guy, and he has girlfriend at that moment so get over it.)

Since that incident, I always put my friends first before my boyfriend. Like I always told my friends, “boyfriends come and go but best friends last forever”.

But of course I love my boyfriend (really, I love you). We’ve been together for 6 years now. I know one day, if God’s willing, we will get married. But who knows what will happen in the future right? I’ve heard story, some couples who have been in a relationship for 9 years or more eventually broke up. It makes me wary of my own relationship. People say faithfulness is very important in a relationship, I know that, but humans are weak. People change every day. I am not the same me 6 years ago. But as far as I’m concern, I will hold on to this relationship

As cheesy as I may seem (I got Goosebumps as I am writing this), I really truly hope that this relationship will everlasting. Maybe in 4 or 5 years’ time, I’ll be writing about another entry about us getting married, yeah? Only God knows.

Catching Up

Hi folks. It’s been a while since I wrote (well technically typed) in this blog of mine. I’ve been busy. Now I am not, since its school holiday. So let’s catch up writing before the year ends.

So basically, I’ve been through a lot. With the sudden change in the IPG system where we (the semester 8 trainees) were to finish our studies in just about two month while struggling with our Action Research (AR) and final examination (we should finish everything before September ends!), the emotional turbulence knowing that we will be finally finishing our 5 years and a half studies in a very short time and say goodbye to classmates, like come on! We should be finishing in November not September! I’ve got a lot on my plate, at the time I felt so regretful choosing this field of study. Everyday it’s like “fuck this shit, I’m going home” saga. Nevertheless, I persevered. Completing my Action Research report was a huge relief.  I did well in my final exam, considering that we have little time to study (and my laziness), so I guess everything went well. I even went to Langkawi for holidays before going back to Sabah for good. I’ll write about that later on.

After I went back to my place, I went for my internship at nearby school for two months. It was awesome! I missed Sabah Tanah Air Ku! Although it’s a little bit awkward teaching in your mother tongue. You know, I am so used to speak in “semenanjung style”, I struggled for at least two days before finally adapting to the school culture (it was embarrassing really). That’s what happened when you spent 5 years and a half in west Malaysia. *sigh*

I also went for my interview on 23th November. I was so stressed out because I only have 5 days to prepare everything. It was not even holiday still. I got so pissed off when I saw post like “preparing for interview, nervous” like for fuck sake, your interview is on December and mine is in few days! But I managed, I think I did well in my interview, there’s slightly glitch but overall I think I did good.

And now I am at home, doing nothing. Waiting for interview result. I hope I got early posting. One can hope huh. I am thinking of searching for part time job. I am broke and I will not have my monthly allowance anymore. So sad. I guess this is the reality now.

lots of time

Mourning day for Sabahan

As many would probably know by now, We, the Sabahan went through the darkest moment on 5th Jun where unfortunately and unexpectedly, earthquake invaded the very thing we held our pride onto, Mount Kinabalu.

My friends and I were supposed to climb mount Kinabalu today. It has always been my wish to climb Mount Kinabalu and we have been preparing for this since two years ago. Imagine the wait we have been enduring. It was sad really, but life is more important. Safety comes first. I admit I was being selfish on the day I first heard the news about the earthquake. I thought it was just a minor earthquake and the Mount Kinabalu can at least be recovered within few days before this very day. Alas, the damage was more than we could handle. Thus, our journey was postponed to unknown date. Was sad really but am really grateful at the same time.
I have few IPG friends and one high school junior who is also an IPG-ian on top of the Mount Kinabalu during the earthquake. Most of the earliest pictures during the earthquake was credited to her.

It happened as early as 7.15 in the morning. I was still sleeping though the sun was up so high already. Our house was built higher from the ground. So whenever my siblings playing or running in the house, our house will shake a little, so my mom will often scold them and asked them to play outside. So when the earthquake happened, my mom thought it was just another of my siblings’ doing. Realizing it was not, since we were all still sleeping, my mother and grandmother were in a state of panic. I actually woke up just in time to witness my house shake like never before. Since our house was higher from the ground, the impact was greater. It almost felt like our house will collapse in any second. I quickly logged on to Facebook and in no time, few people had posted the same thing, “Do you feel the tremors just now?” I am not dreaming. And few hours later, my Facebook news feed was flooded by the earthquake news.

I always thought that, since my house was above the ground, if there’s flood coming, our family will be safe. Never in my wildest dream that earthquake will happen because it never happened before! Houses like mine will definitely be among the first to receive the impact. *knock wood*

Today, is the day we mourn for the lost. Let’s pray for all the departed souls. May they rest in peace.

#Was disappointed with some of the peninsular people who are insensitive and actually bring shame to the nation. Mana pegi itu semangat 1Malaysia yang kamu laung laungkan itu. Telan la kamu tu semua.

Almighty God, bless all the departed souls of Mount K. Amen. +

Lost World Of Tambun 2015

My roommate and I went to Lost World of Tambun on 29th may 2015.
I bought the ticket online on 27th may, hoping that we could go the next day. They will send you the payment details through email and the e-store voucher that you need to print out. I received the payment details but not the e-store voucher. I did not know what e-store voucher was so I waited for another email but I received nothing.

I called Lost World of Tambun the next day to inquire about my ticket but the “receptionist” said in her (or his?) monotonous tone that I had to wait for 24 hours and asked to call her back at 5pm. Ok, so this was entirely my fault, I called them at 6pm and no one pick up.

On 29th may, I called them again and this time the same receptionist picked up and asked for my name, email and order id. What made me angry was, that freaking email that I received on 27th may can be used to claim the ticket at the counter. Turned out, they just need the order id! That’s it! The payment details served as the e-store voucher. &%$@*^&%%&^%%&% Damn receptionist should hear my explanation carefully when I tried to explain during my first call. (Ok so that was my fault too. I talked in English, I should’ve talked in Bahasa)

So you will received an email right after the payment is confirmed. IDK if you will receive the e-store voucher too since I did not. If you do receive any, lucky for you. If you do not, just print out the payment details will do.
#Update: I received the so called e-store voucher on 4th Jun 2015. Freaking 9 days after my last payment. #shittymanagement . The e-store voucher will look something like this.

Before claiming your ticket at the counter, a picture with the cats is a must. Of all the blogs I visited about Lost World of Tambun , there must be at least one picture with the cats.
Then you can proceed to the online ticket counter. There are several counters, and the ticket for claiming online ticket was located on the right side.

The cats picture

My suggestion is, if you are planning to go to LWOT,  buy online ticket. It was cheaper. Check the ticket here Lost World Entrance Tickets. And do you know that tickets purchased are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase?

Ticket for two. Including freaking GST so, 50.40 MYR per person.

It was a lot cheaper during my first visit here. Now the price is whooping 56 MYR.
WHY. WHY. WHY.

The top blue tag was for locker. It cost you 15 MYR for small locker. It can fit two bags or three if you know how to squeeze your bags like a sardine can. You can just flash your tag on to the scanner near the locker, and it will open sesame. I guess that's why the entrance ticket is so expensive.
The bottom red tag was the entrance ticket you get at the counter. You cannot bring food or drinks inside, and your bag will be inspected before you enter. But who to say you cannot curi curi bring in food. If you have the skill, go for it.

The pink tag was for photo. They will take your photo and at the end of the day, they will force you to buy the hideous and expensive photo. Eh, no la. But, I am still amazed. I hid the tag inside my long shirt and there's no way the worker saw it. But amazingly, she stopped me and my roommate to cut the tag and asked us to look at our hideous picture and sort of forcing us to buy it. IT WAS 35MYR for one hideous picture of ours! Ridiculous!

Since we went on weekdays, there's not much of people there. There's no queuing at the Cliff Racer and Tube Raiders, but we only played Cliff Racer once, Tube Raiders twice. It was tiring trying to bring the tube up to the hill. (excitement level :70%)

There's a petting zoo there where you can see or even pet the animal, hence the name. Not so much since I've already went there before. The most disgusting creatures I saw there, the SNAKES. LOTS AND LOTS OF 'EM.

It looks real? It Is! It was a preserved horse. among other things.
There's a preserved goose (swan?) behind.

The most interesting thing there was the tiger valley. It was the main reason why we decided to go LWOT again. We did not have the chance to see the tiger feeding show during our first visit because we were so occupied with the petting zoo. Back then, you can even take picture while holding the snake and pet the sugar glider. Nowadays, they were all locked inside the cage.

The tiger feeding show was okay. I pity the tiger because they were so skinny. I had the chance to hear the roar of a tiger although it was a weak one. The tiger was hungry maybe?

well, that conclude the interesting activities my roommate and I did at LWOT. After the tiger feeding show, we played some more water and then went to bath and checked out.

Overall experience: It was okay.
For me, the ticket was expensive. Bukit Merah Laketown is probably the better choice. The water park was much better. There's even chair lift!
Oopps.

*cough* BukitMerahLaketown *cough*

2015, The beginning and surely not the end.

Things need to be done in 2015.
  1. Get an A in my last practicum.
  2. Conquer Mount Kinabalu!
  3. Increase my exam pointer in last two semester!
  4. Travel with BFFs.
  5. Eat anything I want to eat.
  6. Spend money on those things I couldn't buy before.
  7. Get to know all my relatives, this time, no awkward gathering.
  8. Go to places. Any places.
  9. Ace my Action Research presentation and SPP interview.
  10. LIVE MEANINGFULLY.
Yeah, no more "resolutions" and all those bullshit. No "new year new me" kind of stuff. Just a list of things need to be done, and should be accomplished accordingly. Final year, final chance to do better in my studies. God bless me in whatever I do. I pray to God for everything. I gained one more year to my age. I also hope I gained more wisdom for myself.

To all my friends or anyone out there, I am so sorry if I hurt you in any way. Forgive me, because I am just normal human being and I am not perfect. I forgive those who hurt me physically or mentally. So, lets open new book and start new. Happy New Year 2015.

Happy New year 2015 from me and my family.

Lets part ways, 2014.

Lets review my 2014 resolutions.

  2. Conquer Mount Kinabalu! × Our plan got push back, so this year on June, amen, we will conquer Mount Kinabalu. Aww yeah!!!
  3. Increase my exam pointer! Do the best in practicum! !×, First it increase like heaven, then it decrease like hell. WTF. I blame PSV and LA and my practicum CT.
  4. Travel outside Malaysia! Oh yeah! × None. I don't know when this will happen.
  5. Eat healthily! × I don't eat a lot to save money so, yeah..
  6. Spend money wisely!  ! Hell yeah. But still not enough. Plane ticket expensive ya'all.
  7. Make no enemies! ! Well, I guess I don't make any enemies. I make friends.
  8. Once again, expand my social community! *should go to more wedding invitation now* ! Yes!  I went to my Dad's hometown for the first time. Met many aunts, uncles, cousin. Attend young aunt's wedding. I have like 8 aunts and uncles, and 11 step aunts and uncles. So many!
  9. Take good care of my health. × I don't eat a lot so, even now I am sick. Damn.
  10. LIVE HAPPILY!  Of course! (But not all the time)
2014 happenings:
  1. MH370 went missing.
  2. MH17 got shot down.
  3. Gained 2 kg.
  4. Went through hell/practicum.
  5. Exam pointer increase and decrease.
  6. Small reunion with 2009 classmates.
  7. Bought my own "smartphone".
  8. Went back hometown for the first time. Awkward gathering with relative, but its all okay now,
  9. The worst flood in Malaysia.
  10. QZ8501 crashed into the sea.
I know I am a day late for New Year, but Happy New Year still. This year New Year was not celebrated grandly to respect those who were affected by flood and the all those airplane accidents. God bless all those departed souls.
This year is my final year in IPG. I can't wait to finish my studies. I've been waiting 4 and a half year for this day to come. May God bless this year 2015. Above all, let's thank God for all the blessing he has given us. Lets pray that this year will be better than last year. Amen.

Bye 2014.

Tis' the season to be jolly!

Merry Christmas, HoHoHo. It's that time of the year again.
This year Christmas was especially a quiet one and full of solemness. One of my relative died and one of the villager in my village died. So, even though my mom was frustrated because she cannot go to paddy field, respect comes first, pantang comes second. As usual, my family and I went for Christmas eve mass and we still HAVE NO LUCK in finding the seat downstairs. Like seriously, we came an hour early. The mass supposedly start at 8pm, yet by 7pm, there's no seat left and we with heavy heart, climb the stairs and again for the third year, we sat at the church's upstairs' chairs. It was raining mid mass and luckily it stopped before the mass end.

The weather was exceptionally sunny during the 25th, and it rained the day after that. My mom said, it was the tears of the deaths. God Bless them. This year, I spent my Christmas at home. Did not go anywhere. I'm in a somber mode. (side note: the other spelling for somber is sombre, and somber is USA words, but I think both shared the same meaning. As a future teacher, I think this needed to be addressed properly. Correct me if I'm wrong) I played COC all the time. Watch dramas and sleep all the time. I'm going to remember this when I went for my practicum next year. This will act as my compensation rest.

I'm going back to my dad's village and meet my relative. Funny story,  I am 22 years old now and thats the period of time between our (me and my dad's side relative) last encounter. Get it get it? I never met them! 28th Dec will mark the first time we greet each other. As I am antisocial peeps, I hope everything going to be ok. So, if I meet those cousin of mine and they treat me like a bitch, you fucking mess with wrong gal bitch. But, if you ok, then welcome to paradise because I am an angel when you treat me right.

2015 will be my last year as a student. After waiting for 5 years and a half, I can finally say, Bitch I'm done with this! So, I just have to go through my 3 months practicum, a month of internship, action research and presentation, SPP interview, assignments and final exam. Well, that sound interesting.

Anyway, here's a blurred picture of me and my Bros and a picture from church's upstairs' chairs.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
He is the reason for the season!

Im coming with full force 2015!
sincerely

Saya urang Sabah tulen

It's december, month of christmas.
Mau dekat 2 minggu suda saya di kampung. Oleh kerana buah hati (eseh, buah hati kenen) tida balik, tida boleh la pegi dating. Hoho. So just keluar sama besties pegi makan pizza, minum, ketawa ketawa. Buah hati ku, kau tida boleh jeles saya jalan jalan sebab kau yang tida balik kampung. Koto, eseh, tida bah.

So tujuan saya tulis post saya dalam bahasa baku sabah ini sebab saya tebaca satu post yang kawan saya bagi saya baca. Tunaaa link dia di bawah. Betul la juga semua yang kena tulis. Terutama yang karaoke. Hari tu saya pegi minum sama kawan kawan, fulamak berabis diorang karaoke biarpun suara ndala berapa mantap. Haha. Tapi ada satu uncle tu, perghhh, suara dia kalah kalah si awie sama jamal abdillah. Dia nyanyi lagu English. *standing ovation*

Semalam saya pigi makan pizza, saya mau panggil itu pelayan mau MAITAN, oleh kerana saya lama sudah kunun tinggal di semenanjung, saya panggil la shhhhhhttttt shhhhhttt shhhhtttt, macam kurang ajar pun ada saya rasa, tapi saya tida kena dengar, sekali kawan saya panggil dia mandak baru kena dengar. Saya lupa suda bah maw panggil mandak. Alalala otak saya bekarat suda.

Yang dulu saya pegi makan mee goreng di kedai, automatik la dia bagi sup. Sedap lagi tu sup. Kalau di semenanjung, specifically tempat saya la, kedai makan dekat kolej saya, buli bah minta sup. Tapi kau kena minta la, diorang tida bagi automatik. Tapi kalau kau makan "nasi koboi", nasi sama telur goreng saja, dia bagi kau sup la. Itu mangkali compliment of the house. Sebab kalau makan nasi sama telur saja, kau ingat dapat telan ka tu nasi kau. Tiada rasa, tersekat di leher itu nasi.

Naa, banyak kan penggunaan BAH saya dalam ayat. Memang sah sah la saya orang sabah tulen. Bukan cina (biarpun saya pandai cakap cina, eseh, mintapuji) Darah saya pun darah tulen dusun ini. Betul, suda saya cek, saya Blood Type B. Eh apa kena mengena.

Macam Mana Mau Kenal Urang Sabah

Month of Chrristmas!

Unplanned plans are good plans

It's September, and it's holiday! I've been gone through hell for two months, now's the time for me to rest. and watch movies and dramas and movies and dramas.

The idea of resting alone in my room was fantastic except the first day alone, I was so lonely I could cry. It's just that now with my new roommate -someone that I can talk to- went back, I have no one to talk to and I just felt melancholic. Figured that I have too much time in my hand, I decided to learn the ukulele. Learned the easiest song for the beginner, Jason Mraz's I'm Yours.

I finally got some fresh air on monday. We went jalan jalan to bowl. Ok, that was our initial plan but since the bowling center we went in Ipoh Parade was full and the queue was too long, we cancelled the bowling and opt for karaoke instead. This was not planned, but it was a good back up plan. Since there are seven of us in one room for karaoke and we only bought for one hour, it was not enough. What more with Bibi's insistence on holding the microphone without giving it to others (yes bibi, admit it, haha). But we had fun and eventhough Cyril refused to sing, he eventually gave in and sang duet with Mark. Cyril sang like an artist, I swear I could hear some vibrator in his voice.

After that, we went back the guys' home to take Pidah's bag so that we could send him to bus terminal. Unfortunately, Ihsan had to head back home because of some unfortunate event happened to his neighbour. We managed to grab some food and drink at the McDonald near Mydin.

On the way home, I forgot whose idea was it, but we suddenly decided to watch late night movie. We decided to watch the maze runner and chose Ipoh Parade's Cinema since there's a 11.30pm movie. Mark took the wrong lane and we went through two toll stations before we could get to IP. Well, better than waiting too long in IP I guess.

By the time the movie finished, it was almost two am. It was way past our curfew time in hostel. (Yes, we have curfew until 11, duh) We just slept in Cyril's house, in his room. Being a good host, Cyril prepare the bed for us and let us use his Listerine (which took my taste buds, I cannot taste salty and sweet taste for now) . In the morning, he bought us Roti Canai from God knows where. We didn't even know he went out to buy it because we slept in. If it isn't for Bibi, I think Eja and I'll wake up some time in the afternoon. We took the breakfast in the living room like family. So that hows it feels like to live outside campus. Another wishlist officially marked down!

We love a good company!

Monday Sleepday

"Assignment officialy finished!"
Was my first post for this month. I've been busy and lazy. Had my first observation bersama today. I'm glad that its over but everyhing felt rush. Doing the teaching materials on the dawn until the sunrise shine brightly and Sleeping for only 40 mins can make you go crazy. It's hard to maintain my A this time.
Now i can feel the sleep deprivation slowly crawling back to me. I need to sleep. Sleep. Sleep.
Good night. Zzzzzzzzz

Life update

Just a bit of life updating. It's been a while. I am now in my second practicum, teaching in afternoon session. So far so good because it's fasting month and we got to go back at 5.30pm which is 20 mins earlier than usual time.
Luckly my school was just 7 mins away from Ipg. And I got year 3 to teach. Well, I haven't got the chance to teach them, and will be teaching them grammar skill tomorrow. Oh well, my busy day starts tonight.
Doing teaching materials just isn't my style.

Random: Kpop Music Videos

I was showing my little sister all my Kpop music videos, yes, I own many Kpop music video. A whole bunch of it downloaded from Youtube. So anywho, my little sister was watching Ladies Code's Pretty pretty's MV and Orange Caramel's Catallena's MV, when suddenly,

Le sister: Kak, adik beradik ka tu semua?
Me: Ish, tidakla. Kenapa?
Le sister: Sama muka diorang.
Me: LMFAO.

I have friends who cannot differentiate people's face. To them, all the Korean actresses are the same. wahaha.

Ladies Code "Pretty pretty"

Orange Caramel "Catallena"

I guess to people who are not used to seeing Kpop idol, they all look the same. xD xD

another week of holiday.
